RIP to the ever-perky Noel Neill, passed on at 95…
Neill was the first screen Lois Lane, playing the role opposite Kirk
Alyn in the movies and George Reeves on TV. Just a few weeks ago I happened to

stories, reprints from Superman’s Girl
Friend, Lois Lane, was a full-page bio of Neill, noting that, ironically,
her original ambition was to be a journalist.
Anyway, in Neill’s honor…
Monster-of-the-Week: …this week the nod goes to this
off-the-wall creature, probably drawn by DC’s Kurt Schaffenberger, from the set
of a sci-fi movie in one of the tales in that comic...
